Refund Policy
At Eino’s, we take pride in our handcrafted, limited-edition tableaux. Since each piece is uniquely made, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy except for damaged items.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged product. Since each tableau is a one-of-a-kind piece, replacements are not available.
Damaged Items
Each Eino’s tableau is a carefully crafted, one-of-a-kind piece. We take great care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, but in the rare case of damage during shipping, we are here to help.

Contact us at info@einosbydina.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can assess the issue.

The tableau will be carefully collected for inspection by our team.

If the damage can be expertly fixed, we will repair and return the same piece to you.

If the tableau cannot be repaired, we will issue a refund as a last option and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
