    Eino’s is a UAE-based brand founded by a visionary Palestinian woman, dedicated to crafting hand-assembled puzzle tableaux that are sold as unique, one-time pieces. Each artwork is designed to add a personal touch to your space, turning every home into a story worth telling.
  • How are your tableaux made?
    Our tableaux are crafted using high-quality puzzles assembled by hand and framed for durability.
  • Are the tableaux limited edition?
    Yes! Most pieces are produced only once, making them truly one-of-a-kind. However, a select few designs may be available in extremely limited quantities (maximum of 5 pieces), each featuring different frame variations to maintain exclusivity.
  • Will sold-out designs be restocked?
    No. Every tableau is a one-time exclusive, and once sold, it will never be recreated or restocked. This ensures that each artwork remains a truly special and irreplaceable part of your home.
  • Do you offer custom designs?
    At this time, we do not offer custom orders. Each tableau is carefully selected and crafted as part of a limited collection, designed to maintain the uniqueness and exclusivity of Eino’s pieces.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we ship within the UAE only. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on international availability.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Can I return or exchange my tableau?
    Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds. However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage, and we will assist you accordingly.   • Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
    Yes! Each Eino’s tableau comes with a high-quality printed Certificate of Authenticity (COA), verifying its exclusivity. For one-of-a-kind pieces, the COA confirms that your artwork is 1 of 1 and will never be reproduced. For select designs available in very limited quantities (maximum of 5 pieces), the COA will specify the edition number (e.g., 1 of 5) while ensuring that each piece remains unique through variations in framing.
